The project's design focus is the Cargo Box:
each cargo boxes are very fast to assembly and disassembly through a Smart Lock System (3 security levels)
and each one was designed in order to be manufactured with Rotational Molding process
even through a specific material design research about the use of PE and HDPE.
° Re-Briefing process through a depth analysis of logistics and freight transport in urban areas;
° Concept Generation in order to make postman's work easier and faster;
° Product Development in order to achieve the cost reduction and to decrease the number of parts;
° Design for manufacturing - FEM analisys - Technical drawing.
